SCPC

The Southern Clay Partner Collective

Beautiful homes. Thoughtful landscapes. Stronger local partnerships. The collective brings together realtors, builders, contractors and local vendors who want their clients to step into a finished, living landscape.

Why we built it

A house becomes a home outside, too

A new build, a fresh listing or a finished renovation is only part of the picture. The collective exists so the professionals shaping homes across the CSRA have one trusted place to send clients for the garden.

Built on referrals

Every member gains a trusted resource to hand their clients, and a partner who sends work back their way.

Rooted in Georgia clay

We design for Zone 8 heat, red clay and southern seasons — so the gardens your clients inherit actually thrive.

Local by design

The collective is intentionally small and regional: Columbia County, Richmond County and the surrounding CSRA.
